With several room and set up options let our state of the art space, become your work of art event.

Full Ballroom

2868 Sq. Feet | Max Capacity 245 | Cost $1720/full day or $860/half day Bright and spacious with lots of natural light, the full ballroom is the perfect venue to host large public events, meals, or fundraisers. The full ballroom can be set with rectangle or round tables and chairs, or auditorium style. Past events hosted in the full ballroom include the UCF Foundation Fall Meeting, the naming of the Jeffrey & Diane Ginsburg Center for Jewish Student Life, and the Central Florida Hillel 2017 Poker Tournament.

 

 

 

 

 

Small Ballroom

672 Sq. Feet Max Capacity 57 Cost $720/full day or $360/half day The small ballroom is the perfect venue for a formal speaker or presentation. It can be set in auditorium style or with tables to facilitate classes and note taking. The large windows on both sides of the ark provide the room with plenty of natural light and the mirrored wall makes the small ballroom feel like twice it’s normal size. Past events have included the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Orlando, Central Florida Hillel Shabbat and High Holiday Services, and noted best selling author Ari Shavit.

Large Ballroom

2196 Sq. Feet Max Capacity 188 Cost $1,120/full day or $560/half day Perfect for meals and large community events, the large ballroom can be set for buffet style meals, family style meals with servers, large meetings or community events. The room is filled with natural light and provides a view of the Northview courtyard and sand volleyball court. Past events held in the large ballroom include community challah bakes, Passover seders, and Bar Mitzvah brunches.

 

Gorovitz Family Conference Room

480 Sq. Feet Max Capacity 43 Cost $280/full day or $175/half day The Gorovitz Family Conference Room is the perfect space to host formal meetings. The room is complete with conference and video call capabilities, a 60″ screen enabled to show computer presentations and slideshows, a wet bar, and a wall of windows to allow maximum Florida sunshine. Previous events held in the Gorovitz Family Conference Room include Central Florida Hillel Executive Board Meeting, UCF Foundation meetings, and staff meetings.

Beit Midrash

513 Sq. Feet Max Capacity 43 Cost $250/full day or $175/half day Central to any Jewish community center, the Beit Midrash, or House of Study, is the library and small meeting room at Hillel. With two large windows and a view of the courtyard, the Beit Midrash is the perfect location for an intimate gathering, a lunch and learn, or a small study space. Past events held in the Beit Midrash include the Consul General of Israel to the US and Puerto Rico, alternative Shabbat minyanim, and Jewish text classes.

Katzen Family Theater of Ideas

Max Capacity 27 Cost $325/full day or $250/half day One of the most exciting rooms in the Jeffrey & Diane Ginsburg Center for Jewish Student Life, the Katzen Family Theater of Ideas is the perfect place to hold a lecture or show a movie. The theater includes 27 upholstered chairs with power and desks, an 80″ screen, and 9.8 Dolby surround sound speakers. Previous events held in the Katzen Family Theater of Ideas include Judaic Studies speakers, Israeli actor and director Yiftach Klein, and several movie and popcorn nights with Central Florida Hillel.
