It would be no exaggeration to say that our last 2 days in Jerusalem were our best 2 days yet! We offered each other blessings and enjoyed a traditional Shabbat dinner on Friday. Today was comprised of various discussions which explored our Jewish Identities, beliefs, practices, and values. We were really able to learn from and about each other because of the quality foundation we had buil.

This evening was an independent dinner in Machane Yehuda, which was delicious. We had visited earlier in the day during a walk when it was completely shut down for the sabbath. To see so much activity mere hours after nothing…
Tomorrow¬†is a huge day as we’ll visit Yad Vashem, Israel’s Holocaust museum, and the Old City of Jerusalem, before we drive down south to the dessert for some Bedouin hospitality! We’re all recharged and excited!
